Turnstile (band)
Turnstile are an American hardcore punk band from Baltimore, Maryland, formed in 2010. They have released five EPs and three studio albums. The band's third album '' Glow On'' was released in 2021 to critical and commercial success; the songs "Holiday" and "Blackout" earned the band three nominations at the 65th Grammy Awards. History 2010–2020: Early years and ''Nonstop Feeling'' Turnstile was formed in 2010 and grew out of Baltimore's emerging hardcore scene. They released their debut EP, ''Pressure to Succeed'', in 2011 and their second EP, ''Step 2 Rhythm'', in 2013, both via Reaper Records. On January 13, 2015, Turnstile released their debut full-length album, '' Nonstop Feeling'', on the same label. The album was recorded at Salad Days Studios with producer Brian McTernan. Supporting the release of the album, Turnstile went on both an East Coast and a West Coast tour with Superheaven, titled the Nonstop Feeling Tour. The ''Billboard'' charts tabulate the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in the United States and elsewhere. The results are published in '' Billboard'' magazine. ''Billboard'' biz, the online extension of the ''Billboard'' charts, provides additional weekly charts, as well as year-end charts. The two most important charts are the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 for songs and ''Billboard'' 200 for albums, and other charts may be dedicated to a specific genre such as R&B, country, or rock, or they may cover all genres. The charts can be ranked according to sales, streams, or airplay, and for main song charts such as the Hot 100 song chart, all three data are used to compile the charts. Matthew Raymond Hauri (born March 19, 1996), known professionally as Yung Gravy, is an American rapper. He first gained recognition in 2017, when his song "Mr. Clean" gained traction on SoundCloud, and is now RIAA certified Platinum. Since 2017, Yung Gravy has completed seven international tours and has released one mixtape, three albums, and seven EPs. Keith Farrelle Cozart (born August 15, 1995), better known by his stage name Chief Keef, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. His music first became popular during his teen years in the early 2010s among high school students from Chicago's South Side. In 2012, his popular local single "I Don't Like" was remixed by American rapper Kanye West and reached the ''Billboard'' Rap Top 20, further raising Cozart's profile. A bidding war between major labels resulted in Keef signing with Interscope. Tyron Kaymone Frampton (born 18 December 1994), better known by his stage name Slowthai (stylised in lowercase), is a British rapper. Raised in Northampton, he rose to popularity in 2019 for his gritty and rough instrumentals and raw, politically charged lyrics, especially around Brexit and Theresa May's tenure as British prime minister.
