Bisera Turković
Bisera Turković (; born 8 December 1954) is a Bosnian diplomat and politician serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2019. She is the current vice-chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well, serving alongside Vjekoslav Bevanda. Turković is the first female foreign minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Born in Sisak in 1954, she holds a degree in law from the University of Sarajevo and a bachelor in Criminal Justice Administration from the Phillip Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Turković also holds a Ph.D. in international relations from the Pacific Western University, now known as California Miramar University. Following her studies, she worked as chief editor for Hayat TV. Turković's first assignments as ambassador were to Croatia, Hungary, and at Bosnia and Herzegovina's Permanent Mission to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. Almir Turković
Almir Turković (born 3 November 1970) is a Bosnian retired professional football forward and manager. Turković played for hometown club Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for clubs in the Croatian Prva HNL and Japanese J2 League. Club career Turković played for Zadar, Osijek and Hajduk Split in the Croatian Prva HNL and later played for Sarajevo in the Bosnian Premier League. He also played in Austria, Mexico for Tigres UANL during the 1995–96 season and Japan. Turković won the Bosnian Premier League and Bosnian Cup with Sarajevo, while with Hajduk he won the Prva HNL, the Croatian Cup and the Croatian Super Cup. He made over 100 appearances for Sarajevo in all competitions. Turković was also named the Bosnian Premier League player of the season in 2006–07. Hrvoje Turković (born 4 November 1943) is a Croatian film theorist, film critic and university professor. With 14 books and more than 700 articles on film, ranging from essayistic criticism to scientific works on film theory, Turković established himself as one of Croatia's most important critics and film scholars. He is a recipient of the Vladimir Nazor Lifetime Achievement Award for Contribution to Film. Biography Turković was born in Zagreb in 1943. He spent a significant part of his childhood, including first two years of high school, in Crikvenica. Ksenija Turković (born 13 February 1964) is a Croatian jurist and current vice-president and was judge at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). Biography Turković graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1987 and became a lecturer at the same university. She holds both a Master of Laws and a Doctor of Juridical Science from Yale Law School. Turković practiced law while working for American law firms between 1995 and 2000, and was a member of the New York State Bar Association between 1996 and 2008.
