The Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction (formerly named as Turkmen Polytechnic Institute) is one of the major universities in Turkmenistan. Annaguly Deryayev
Annaguly Deryayev (born 1973) is a Turkmen politician and the head of the state oil company Türkmennebit. He was minister of oil and gas industry and mineral resources from 2008 to 2009. He was born in the village of Ekerem of Esenguly District of Balkan Province Balkan Region ( tk, Balkan welaýaty, Балкан велаяты) is the westernmost of the five regions of Turkmenistan. Yagshigeldy Kakayev
Yagshygeldi Ilyasovich Kakayev ( tk, Ýagşygeldi Ilýasowiç Kakaýew; rus, links=no, Ягшигельды Эльясович Какаев, Yagshigel'dy El'yasovich Kakayev; 1959–8 July 2020) was a Turkmen politician and energy executive. He was a Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan from 2012 to 2013 and from 2015 to 2017. In 2010, he served as acting Deputy Chairman. His career in government was primarily focused on oil and gas matters. From 2007 to 2016, he was the Director of the State Agency for Management of Hydrocarbons. Hydyr Saparlyev ( tk, Hydyr Muhammetberdiýewiç Saparlyýew), born 1958, is a Turkmen politician. He was one of the Vice President of Turkmenistan, deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers (Turkmenistan), Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. In 1982, he graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute in engineering and obtained a master's degree in technical sciences. In 2004, he was appointed minister of education of Turkmenistan and as of October 2005, ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia.
