Tucker DeVries
Tucker Dale DeVries (born December 7, 2002) is an American college basketball player for the Drake Bulldogs of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC). Early life and high school career DeVries grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and initially attended Elkhorn South High School. After his freshman year he moved with his family to Waukee, Iowa and enrolled at Waukee High School after his father, Darian DeVries, was hired as the head men's basketball coach at Drake University. He played alongside future Iowa commits Payton Sandfort and Pryce Sandfort, and Iowa State commit Omaha Biliew. As a senior, DeVries was named Iowa Mr. Basketball after he averaged 18.5 points, 6.6 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and 2.9 steals per game. Omaha Koke Biliew (born September 1, 2004) is an American college basketball player for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons of the Atlantic Coast Conference. He formerly played for the Iowa State Cyclones. He was a consensus five-star recruit and one of the top players in the 2023 class. The 2021–22 Drake Bulldogs men's basketball team represented Drake University during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs were led by fourth-year head coach Darian DeVries. They played their home games at the Knapp Center in Des Moines, Iowa as members of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC). They finished the regular season 22–9, 13–5 in MVC play to finish in a tie for second place. The 2022–23 Bradley Braves men's basketball team represented Bradley University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. KCCI (channel 8) is a television station in Des Moines, Iowa, United States, affiliated with CBS. Owned by Hearst Television, the station maintains studios on Ninth Street in downtown Des Moines and a transmitter in Alleman. The Creighton Bluejays men's basketball team represents Creighton University of the NCAA Division I college basketball. They currently compete in the Big East Conference having joined the conference following the Big East conference realignment in 2013.
