Tuapse Constituency
The Tuapse constituency (No.49) is a Constituencies of Russia, Russian legislative constituency in Krasnodar Krai. The constituency most of Krasnodar Krai Black Sea coast, stretching from Novorossiysk to Tuapse, including resorts Gelendzhik and Goryachy Klyuch, Krasnodar Krai, Goryachy Klyuch. During 2003 redistricting new Sochi-based Apsheronsk constituency was carved out of Tuapse constituency, however, the latter gained Novorossiysk from neighboring Novorossiysk constituency. Sergey Altukhov
Sergey Viktorovich Altukhov (russian: Сергей Викторович Алтухов; born 23 February 1982, Orsk, Orenburg Oblast) is a Russian political figure, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, 8th State Duma convocation. From 2004 to 2015, he occupied various positions in the Russian branches of international IT companies, including Microsoft and SAP. In 2015 he became a Deputy Governor of Krasnodar Krai. In 2021 he was elected to the State Duma of the 8th State Duma, 8th convocation, running from the United Russia. He represents the Tuapse Constituencies of Russia, constituency. Sergey Altukhov is married and has two children. Sanctions Sanctioned by the UK government in 2022 in relation to Russo-Ukrainian War.
