Tuan Yi-kang
Tuan Yi-kang (; born 14 November 1963) is a Taiwanese politician. A former leader of the Democratic Progressive Party's now-abolished New Tide faction, he has served on the party's Central Standing Committee, the Taipei City Council and the Legislative Yuan. Education Tuan was born in Taipei, graduated from Ta-Chih Junior High School and Chung Kung Senior High School, before attending National Taiwan University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science. Political career Tuan started his political career by working for legislators Lu Hsiu-yi, Hung Chi-chang and Yeh Chu-lan. He was Kao Chih-peng's campaign manager in Kao's 1993 run for Penghu County Magistrate. In 1994, Tuan was elected to the Taipei City Council, and served until 2002. Lin Yu-fang (; born 15 March 1951) is a Taiwanese politician. Lin was a Kuomintang legislator from 2008 to 2016 and the chairman of the Legislative Yuan's Diplomacy and National Defense Committee. Guangdong Television (GDTV; ) is a television station in Guangzhou, Guangdong province in China. Guangdong TV is the oldest television station in the province, which covers Guangdong and surrounding provinces. At present, Guangdong TV has a staff of around 1,800 people. Lien Chan (; born 27 August 1936) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Chairman of the Taiwan Provincial Government from 1990 to 1993, Premier of the Republic of China from 1993 to 1997, Vice President of the Republic of China from 1996 to 2000, and was the Chairman of the Kuomintang (KMT) from 2000 to 2005, apart from various ministerial posts he had also held.
