Tu Cara Me Suena (Argentine TV Show)
''Tu Cara me Suena'' is an Argentine talent show based on the Spanish series of the same name. The show began airing on 23 September 2013 on Telefe and its first season ended on 18 December 2013. The show is presented by Marley Wiebe, whilst the judging panel is composed by Cacho Castaña, Elizabeth Vernacci and Enrique Pinti, with Joaquín Galán and Ale Sergi being former judges. The show involves celebrities (actors, television personalities, comedians) portraying various iconic singers each week to win AR$20,000 for their chosen charity. The winner of the series receives the AR$100,000 grand prize for her/his charity. On 18 December 2013, actress and singer Laura Esquivel was announced as the first winner. She also won Week 2 and 3 of the competition (as Whitney Houston, and Michael Jackson, respectively) collecting AR$20,000 for each of those weeks. Alejandro Wiebe
Alejandro Wiebe known by his stage name Marley (born 1 June 1970 in Carapachay, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina) is an Argentine TV host, comedian and producer. He is currently working for TV channel Telefe. Early life Wiebe and his older brother went to a private school. At one point, his mother had to ask for half a scholarship to keep Marley at that school. Marley repeated the second year of high school, because he failed in English. Career In 2002 he worked at the Telefe channel, with the program ''MundoShow.'' He is known for winning the reality High School Musical: La Selección and later for his main role in High School Musical: El Desafío, for which he competed in the same competition.
