Trypilske Kolo
The Trypliske kolo (Trypillian circle - literal translation to English, ''Трипільське коло'' - Ukrainian) is an eco-cultural and World Music festival in Ukraine. It takes place annually in the end of June or in the beginning of the July in Rzhyshchiv inside Kyiv region on the bank of the Dniper river. About the festival Trypilske kolo (TK) kicked off in the Summer of 2008. The aim of the festival is to bring up the real interest to the historical heritage, namely, to the Cucuteni-Trypillian culture, to present alternative ways of the family and youth vocations, re-introduce the contemporary world with the diverse ethnic traditions combining them with the newest achievements in the cultural, educational, ecological, production, managerial and other fields of human life and by doing this promote a new eco-balanced way of life in the modern world. Rzhyshchiv
Rzhyshchiv (, ; russian: Ржищев; yi, אירזיסטשוב, Irzistshub, also known by several alternative names; pl, Rzyszczów) is a city in Obukhiv Raion, Kyiv Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Rzhyshchiv urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: Until 18 July 2020, Rzhyshchiv was incorporated as a city of oblast significance. Haydamaky (band)
Haydamaky ( uk, Гайдамаки) is a Ukrainian folk rock band formed in 1991. The music of Haydamaky is inspired by various ethnic music from around the world, especially from various regions of Ukraine, such as Polesia, Bukovina, and Transcarpathia. Other influences include the Romanian folklore, punk music sound of Shane MacGowan and by the reggae of such bands like Burning Spear and Black Uhuru.
