Troy Bergeron
Troy Joseph Bergeron (born December 3, 1983) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Buffalo Bills, Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowboys. He also was a member of the Georgia Force and Cleveland Gladiators in the Arena Football League. He never played college football. Early years Bergeron attended Shaw High School. He was a three-year starter at wide receiver in a Wing T offense, that focused on running the football. As a junior in 2000, he contributed to the team winning the state championship, while being named the 2000 ''Columbus Ledger-Enquirers Offensive Player of the Year. As a senior, he posted 25 receptions for 444 yards and 7 touchdowns. He had one interception in limited duty at cornerback. He missed three games during the season because of surgery to correct compartmental syndrome in his leg. Touchdown
A touchdown (abbreviated as TD) is a scoring play in gridiron football. 4 × 400 Metres Relay
The 4 × 400 metres relay or long relay is an athletics track event in which teams consist of four runners who each complete 400 metres or one lap. It is traditionally the final event of a track meet. At top class events, the first leg and the first bend of the second leg are run in lanes. Cornerback
A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses. They create turnovers through hard tackles, interceptions, and deflecting forward passes. Other members of the defensive backfield include strong and free safeties. Wing T Offense
An option offense is an American football offensive system in which a key player (usually the quarterback) has several "options" of how each play will proceed based upon the actions of the defense. Traditionally, option-based offenses rely on running plays, though most mix in forward passes from an option formation as a change of pace. In a typical option play, the quarterback can hand the ball to a running back who attempts to run up the middle (dive), fake a handoff and attempt to run forward (quarterback keeper), or pitch the ball to a trailing running back who runs towards the sideline (pitch).
