EXID
EXID (; ; short for "Exceed in Dreaming") is a South Korean girl group formed in 2012. The group currently consists of five members: Heo Sol-ji, Solji, Elly (rapper), Elly, Hani (singer), Hani, Seo Hye-lin, Hyelin and Park Jeong-hwa, Jeonghwa. EXID debuted in February 2012, with the single "Whoz That Girl". Though the album gained some attention, it was not until 2014 that the group unexpectedly gained popularity with the single "Up & Down (song), Up & Down", which reached number one on the Gaon Singles Chart four months after release due to a fan-recording of a live performance becoming a viral video. ''Full Moon'' is the fourth extended play by South Korean girl group EXID. It was released on 7 November 2017 by Banana Culture. The EP marked the return of member Solji, who was absent from the group's previous EP due to health issues. This time, she participated in the recording process but was absent from the promotions and the lead single's music video. The EP debuted at number 7 on the Gaon Album Chart and at number 6 on US World Albums. It has sold over 16,000 physical copies as of November 2017. The Oricon Albums Chart is the Japanese music industry standard albums popularity chart issued daily, weekly, monthly and yearly by Oricon. Oricon originally published LP, CT, Cartridge and CD charts prior to the establishment of the Oricon Albums Chart on October 5, 1987. The Oricon Albums Chart's rankings are based on physical albums' sales. Oricon did not include download sales until its establishment of the Digital Albums Chart on November 19, 2016.
