Trickside was an American pop duo from New York City. History Trickside was composed of brothers Jeff Mendelsohn and Dave Mendelsohn of New York City. The name "Trickside" came from a childhood playing card game. The band's single "Under You" was included on the soundtrack to the film '' On the Line'', and reached #27 on the Billboard Adult Top 40 charts. ''On the Line: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack'' is the soundtrack album to the film of the same name. It was released on October 16, 2001, via Jive Records. Critical reception AllMusic's Heather Phares was critical of the tracks performed by BBMak, Robyn and Jessica Folkner, and found the production choices on the remake of Al Green's "Let's Stay Together" to be "an insult to his talent." Wind-up Entertainment was an American independent record label founded by Alan and Diana Meltzer in 1997. It was based in New York City and was distributed by BMG Distribution. Wind-up's best-selling artists worldwide were Creed and Evanescence. History Wind-up Records was formed in 1997 by Alan Meltzer, former owner of CD One Stop, and his wife Diana Meltzer, following their 1996 purchase of Grass Records. The parent company Wind-up Entertainment also runs numerous publishing companies as well as a full-scale retail, online and tour merchandising company. Marcos Siega
Marcos Siega (born June 8, 1969, in New York City) is a film, television, commercial and music video director. He has also worked as a producer, a musician and an artist. In the late 1980s, he helped to form the New York-based punk band Bad Trip, releasing two full-length records and numerous EPs. When he began directing music videos, many bands and musicians noted that Siega's background in rock music was beneficial. He has worked with bands such as Weezer, System of a Down, P.O.D., Papa Roach, Blink-182 and The All-American Rejects. His 2000 video for Blink-182's "All the Small Things" earned him three MTV Video Music Award nominations and he was nominated for a Grammy Award for his Papa Roach video "Broken Home". ''On the Line'' is a 2001 American romantic comedy film starring Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Emmanuelle Chriqui.
