Trey Haverty
Trey Haverty (born August 21, 1981) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the safeties coach at Southern Methodist University. He previously served as the defensive coordinator at Lamar University. Haverty played college football as a wide receiver at Texas Tech University. Early life Haverty was born August 21, 1981, in Richardson, Texas to Leighton Haverty and E.R. (Bo) Campbell. His father played football at the college level for LSU. Haverty attended Berkner High School in his home town and was a three-time All-District and All-Area selection. As a junior, he was second statewide in receiving yards. College career Haverty played wide receiver for Texas Tech from 2000 to 2004. He was named Second-Team Academic All-Big 12 for the 2003 season. The SMU Mustangs football program is a college football team representing Southern Methodist University (SMU) in University Park in Dallas County, Texas. The team competes in the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) as a member of the American Athletic Conference (The American). History Early history (1915–1917) In June 1915, Ray Morrison became SMU's football, baseball, basketball, and track coach, in addition to being a math instructor. Kliff Kingsbury
Kliff Timothy Kingsbury (born August 9, 1979) is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the head coach for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He was previously a collegiate football coach from 2008 to 2018, where he achieved recognition for his development of quarterback prospects. Chad Glasgow (born January 18, 1972) is a football coach who was the defensive coordinator for the TCU Horned Frogs for six seasons and former Texas Tech Red Raiders football program's defensive coordinator for the 2011 season. Early years Glasgow graduated from Woodward High School in Woodward, Oklahoma. In 1995, he received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Oklahoma State University (OSU) in 1995. The Millsaps Majors is the nickname for the sports teams of Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi and their colors are purple and white. All-America
The All-America designation is an annual honor bestowed upon an amateur sports person from the United States who is considered to be one of the best amateurs in their sport. Individuals receiving this distinction are typically added to an All-America team for their sport. Some sports will have multiple All-America teams and will list the honorees as members of a first team, second team, or third team. As such, All-America teams are composed of outstanding US amateur players. Individuals falling short of qualifying for the honor may receive All-America honorable mention. The designation is typically used at the collegiate level although, beginning in 1957, high school- athletes in football began being honored with All-America status, which then carried-over to other sports like basketball and cross-country running.
