Road bicycle racing is the cycle sport discipline of road cycling, held primarily on Road surface, paved roads. On 6 February 2023, at 04:17 Time in Turkey, TRT (01:17 Coordinated Universal Time, UTC), a 7.8 earthquake struck southern and central Turkey and northern and western Syria. Marathon–Tula is a Russian UCI track team founded in 2017. After the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the UCI said that Russian teams are forbidden from competing in international events. History The project was created through the initiative of Alexey Dyumin, governor of the Tula region, and Alexander Vinokurov, president of the investment company Marathon Group, with the aim of supporting and developing Russian cycling.
