Tour Skylight
Tour Skylight is a residential skyscraper in Puteaux, in La Défense, the business district of the Paris metropolitan area. It does include shops and educational activities. Inaugurated on November 29, 2017, by Patrick Devedjian, the tower is 76.77 meters high. It notably hosts a campus of the IÉSEG School of Management. La Défense
La Défense () is a major business district in France, located west of the city limits of Paris. It is part of the Paris metropolitan area in the Île-de-France region, located in the department of Hauts-de-Seine in the communes of Courbevoie, La Garenne-Colombes, Nanterre, and Puteaux. La Défense is Europe's largest purpose-built business district, covering , for 180,000 daily workers, with 72 glass and steel buildings (of which 19 are completed skyscrapers), and of office space. Puteaux
Puteaux () is a commune in the western suburbs of Paris, France. It is located in the heart of the Hauts-de-Seine department, from the centre of Paris. In 2016, it had a population of 44,941. La Défense, Paris's business district hosting the tallest buildings in the metropolitan area, spreads over the northern part of Puteaux and parts of the neighbouring communes Courbevoie and Nanterre. The inhabitants of Puteaux are called ''Putéoliens'' in French. Franklin Azzi
Franklin Azzi (French: ʁɑ̃klɛ̃ azzi born 12 August 1975 in Paris), is a French architect. He is a graduate from the École Spéciale d'Architecture, and the Glasgow School of Art. He is the founder of Franklin Azzi Architecture, an agency based in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. Early life and education During his years of obligatory military service, Azzi did his first architectural works, in India and Turkey. He studied at the ESA École Spéciale d'Architecture, where he had a significant encounter with Paul Virilio, a French cultural theorist and urbanist. Patrick Devedjian ( hy, Պատրիկ Դեւեջեան; 26 August 1944 – 28 March 2020) was a French politician of the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) party. A close adviser of Nicolas Sarkozy since the 1990s, he was Minister under the Prime Minister in charge of the Implementation of the Recovery Plan, a special ministerial post created for two years following the global financial crisis of 2008, a tenure which commenced in December 2008. He was of Armenian descent. In the night of 28 to 29 March 2020, he died of COVID-19 during the coronavirus pandemic. Youth Devedjian was born in Fontainebleau, Seine-et-Marne.
