Toshiaki Toyoda
is a Japanese film director and screenwriter. Career Born in Osaka Prefecture, Toyoda was first a prodigy in the game of shogi or Japanese chess. He attended the Japan Shogi Association's Professional shogi player#Apprenticeship, apprenticeship (Shōreikai) from age 9 with the aim of becoming a professional player. But his interest turned to film and he quit when he was 17. Moving to Tokyo at age 21, he began working with producer Genjirō Arato and director Junji Sakamoto, assisting the latter on the shogi-related film ''Ōte'', for which he helped pen the script. He debuted as a director with the film ''Pornostar (film), Pornostar'' in 1999, a film that earned him the Directors Guild of Japan New Directors Award. His career continued to rise through films like ''Blue Spring (film), Blue Spring'' and ''9 Souls'', but he suffered a setback when he was arrested on drug charges just before ''Hanging Garden (film), Hanging Garden'' was released in 2005. is a three-piece Japanese Rock music, rock band. DOES was formed in 2000 in the Fukuoka prefecture, where they continued to write songs and perform gigs until 2005. In 2005, some members left and the group went on hiatus. Releasing songs since 2004, DOES signed with Ki/oon Records in 2006. In 2008, their 6th single “Donten” reached 3rd on the Oricon weekly music ranking charts. It was also the 5th opening for the anime Gintama. On April 21, 2010, the band released their single "Bakuchi Dancer." The single sold around 33,000 copies in its initial week and debuted at number 3 on the Oricon weekly charts. The single ended up to be the 30th best selling single for the first half of 2010 and the 74th best single of the entire year. Siren (Asian Kung-Fu Generation Song)
is a song by Japanese rock band Asian Kung-Fu Generation. It was released as the lead single of their second full-length studio album, '' Sol-fa'', on April 4, 2004. With the band's then-newly emerging popularity, the single managed to debut at number two on the Oricon charts. Although the song's B-side, "Siren#," shares a nearly identical title with the single, the two are somewhat different from each other. While both retain the same instrumental, the lyrics and melody of "Siren#" are different from that of "Siren." In a sense, "Siren#" can be considered a continuation or a remix of its A-side. Asian Kung-Fu Generation
(stylized as ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION) is a Japanese alternative rock band formed in Yokohama in 1996. For its entire career, the band has consisted of vocalist Masafumi Gotoh, guitarist Kensuke Kita, bassist Takahiro Yamada, and drummer Kiyoshi Ijichi. Starting out as a college band, Asian Kung-Fu Generation released a series of independent EPs featuring lyrics mostly sung in English. is a song by Japanese rock band Asian Kung-Fu Generation. It was released as the second single of their major-label debut album, ''Kimi Tsunagi Five M'', on October 16, 2003. The song's b-side, "Rocket No.4," was later included on the band's 2006 anniversary compilation, '' Feedback File''. is a 2014 Japanese action film directed by Toshiaki Toyoda. It is the third film based on the manga ''Crows'' by Hiroshi Takahashi. It is the sequel to 2009's ''Crows Zero 2''.
