Tori Groves-Little
Tori Groves-Little (born 13 October 2000) is an Australian rules footballer who played for Brisbane and for Gold Coast in the AFL Women's competition (AFLW). Early life Groves-Little grew up in Logan, Queensland and attended Beenleigh State High School throughout their teenage years. They played junior football for the Beenleigh Buffaloes in the local Queensland competition in their younger years. They joined the Gold Coast Suns Academy program at the age of 16 and became the youngest player to win the QWAFL best and fairest award at the age of 17. Later that year they were drafted by with the 56th pick in the 2018 AFL Women's draft. Groves-Little is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. AFLW career Groves-Little made their AFLW debut in Brisbane's round 2 game against Fremantle at Fremantle Oval on 10 February 2019. Coorparoo Football Club (1996)
Coorparoo Football Club is an Australian rules football club based in the Brisbane suburb of Coorparoo. The institution was established in 1996, one year after the original Coorparoo club folded. The club currently plays in the QFA Division 1, managed by the AFL Queensland. Apart from the Senior team, Coorparoo has also women's and youth football divisions. The Gold Coast Suns is a professional Australian rules football club that competes in the Australian Football League (AFL). The club is based on Queensland's Gold Coast in the suburb of Carrara. The Brisbane Lions is a professional Australian rules football club based in Brisbane, Queensland, that plays in the Australian Football League (AFL). The club was formed in late 1996 via a merger of the Melbourne-based 1883 foundation VFL club the Fitzroy Lions, and the 1987 Queensland based expansion club the Brisbane Bears, with the colours of maroon, blue, and gold being drawn from both parent clubs. The ''Gold Coast Bulletin'' is a daily newspaper serving Australia's Gold Coast region. It is published as ''The Gold Coast Bulletin'' on weekdays and the ''Weekend Bulletin'' at weekends. It is owned by News Corp Australia. History The newspaper has undergone a number of masthead and ownership changes. When Patrick Joseph McNamara started the paper in 1885, he worked in a tin shed on Southport's Lawson Street.
