Tor H. Pedersen
Tor H. Pedersen (born 14 February 1964) is a retired Norwegian football defender. Hailing from Bukta in Tromsø, Soleng joined Tromsø IL as a child and became a stalwart in central defense. He helped win the 1986 Norwegian Football Cup, and was also capped once for Norway. IF Skarp
Idrettsforeningen Skarp is a Norwegian association football club from Tromsø, which currently plays in the Third Division, the fourth tier of Norwegian football. The club was founded 30 June 1919 and its colors are black and white. It is the third best football team in Tromsø, after Tromsø IL and Tromsdalen UIL. Football The men's team played in the Second Division for many years, but was relegated after the 2008 season. In 2010 it contested a playoff to win promotion, and succeeded by beating Kirkenes IF 7–4 on aggregate. In 2011, Skarp finished last in their Second Division group, and was again relegated. Eliteserien () is a Norwegian professional league for association football clubs. At the top of the Norwegian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Norwegian First Division. The 1986 Norwegian Football Cup was the 81st edition of the Norwegian annual knockout football tournament. The Cup was won by Tromsø after they beat Lillestrøm in the cup final with the score 4–1. This was Tromsø's first Norwegian Cup title.
