Top Chef Junior
''Top Chef Junior'' is an American reality competition television series that serves as a spin-off of the popular ''Top Chef'' series. Ordered in 2008 for an eight-episode run on Bravo, the show had never aired, nor is it known if any episodes were produced at that time. However, nine years later, Top Chef Junior was mentioned as the marquee program for Universal Kids, an NBCUniversal-owned children's channel launched on September 9, 2017. Season 1 consisted of 14 episodes and feature 12 young chefs, aged 9–14. The winner receives $50,000 and the title of Top Chef Junior. The show is hosted by actress Vanessa Lachey, with ''Top Chef Masters'' and ''Top Chef Duels'' host Curtis Stone serving as its head judge. ''Top Chef Junior'' premiered on October 13, 2017. Universal Kids is an American children's television Specialty channel, channel owned by the NBCUniversal Television and Streaming unit of Comcast's NBCUniversal. The channel launched on September 26, 2005, as PBS Kids Sprout, a preschool-oriented channel jointly operated by PBS, Comcast, Sesame Workshop, and HIT Entertainment, as an offshoot of the PBS Kids brand. Brooke Williamson
Brooke Williamson (born 1978/1979) is an American chef and restaurateur. She won season 14 of the US television reality cooking competition series Top Chef and has owned several Los Angeles-area restaurants. Early life Williams was born in Los Angeles to Catherine Elliot and Keith Williamson; her parents were both artists. She had an early interest in cooking and worked as a teacher's assistant the Epicurean Institute of Los Angeles at age 15. She graduated from Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences in 1996. Universal's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, or Volcano Bay, is a tropical-themed water park at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Owned and operated by Universal Parks & Resorts, Volcano Bay replaced Wet 'n Wild as Universal Orlando Resort's water park, and it was the first water park constructed by Universal itself. The park, themed around a volcano named "Krakatau", opened on May 25, 2017. Krakatau is a tall artificial volcano and is the park's main icon that is displayed on the logo. Tiki culture is an American-originated art, music, and entertainment movement inspired by Polynesian, Melanesian and Micronesian cultures.
