Anthony Michael Manton Elliott Order of the British Empire, CBE (7 January 1947 – 16 July 2020) was an English publisher, the founder and owner of Time Out (company), Time Out Group, based in London. He was educated at Stowe School and Keele University. Life Formerly married to Janet Street-Porter, he later married Jane Coke, with whom he had three sons. Elliott was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2017 Birthday Honours for services to publishing. Jannion Anthony "Tony" Elliott (born 29 March 1944) is a former Australian politician. He was the National Party member for Cunningham in the Legislative Assembly of Queensland from 1974 to 2001. Born in Toowoomba, Queensland, Elliott was a farmer, contractor and agricultural consultant before entering politics. Following his election in 1974, he served on various government committees until his appointment as Minister for Tourism, National Parks, Sport and the Arts in December 1980. Dropped from the ministry in 1983, he was Opposition Spokesman for Environment, Conservation and Heritage from 1990 to 1992. Anthony Robert Elliott (born 30 November 1969) is an English former professional footballer who made 186 appearances in the Football League, playing as a goalkeeper for Hereford United, Huddersfield Town, Carlisle United, Cardiff City and Scarborough. In 2010, he joined Darlington as goalkeeping coach, and has since followed Tommy Cassidy, to whom he was assistant at Workington and Blue Star, to Whitby Town. Since retiring as a player, Elliott has opened a goalkeeping school in the Cumbria area, and has worked with (among others) Carlisle United, Carlisle City, the Liverpool F.C. Academy and the England national futsal team goalkeepers. He has also been assistant manager of Workington of the Conference North and Newcastle Blue Star of the Northern Premier League Division One North. Anthony Fitzgerald "Tony" Elliott (born January 10, 1964) is a former defensive back in the National Football League. He was a member of the Green Bay Packers during the 1987 NFL season. Tony was a star player at Central Michigan University and was being scouted by multiple professional teams including the Dallas Cowboys. Tony had every reason to look forward to a successful professional career, and his only dream was to make enough money to buy his mother a new house, outside of Detroit. Antonio "Tony" Elliott (born November 26, 1979) is an American football coach who is currently the head coach at the University of Virginia. He previously served as an assistant coach at Clemson University from 2011 to 2021, most recently as associate head coach, offensive coordinator, and tight ends coach, after serving most of those years as running backs coach and/or co-offensive coordinator. Elliott played college football at Clemson as a wide receiver from 2000 to 2003. Prior to his tenure at Virginia, he held various assistant coaching positions at South Carolina State, Furman and Clemson. While at Clemson, he won the 2017 Broyles Award, which goes to the college game's top assistant.
