Tony Alford
Tony Alford (born November 27, 1968) is an American football coach, currently the running backs and run game coordinator at Ohio State University. He served as an assistant football coach at several programs throughout the Midwest for 27 years. Playing career Alford graduated from Doherty High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado after moving to the area his Senior year from Akron, Ohio. He went on to play for Colorado State from 1987–1990. He was a 1,000-yard rusher and a Doak Walker Award nominee while at Colorado State from 1987–90. He gained 1,035 yards in 1989 as a junior under first-year Rams coach Earle Bruce. Alford was named first-team all-Western Athletic Conference that season and honorable mention All-America by USA Today. Brian Keith Kelly (born October 25, 1961) is an American football coach who is currently the head football coach at Louisiana State University (LSU). Kelly previously served as the head football coach at Grand Valley State University (1991–2003), Central Michigan University (2004–2006), the University of Cincinnati (2006–2009), and the University of Notre Dame (2010–2021). He led the Grand Valley State Lakers to consecutive NCAA Division II Football Championships in 2002 and 2003. Steven Jon Kragthorpe (born April 28, 1965) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently an administrative assistant for the Louisiana State University football program after previously serving as quarterbacks coach for the Tigers football team. The Birmingham Fire were a professional American football team based in Birmingham, Alabama. They were a member of the North American West division of the World League of American Football (WLAF) and played their home games at Legion Field. Earle Bruce
Earle Bruce (March 8, 1931 – April 20, 2018) was an American football player and coach. He served as the head coach at the University of Tampa (1972), Iowa State University (1973–1978), Ohio State University (1979–1987), the University of Northern Iowa (1988), and Colorado State University (1989–1992), compiling a career college football record of 154–90–2.
