"Tonight" is the second single from the album ''It Doesn't Matter'' by the group The Underdog Project. The single is similar to their first hit " Summer Jam", from the same album. There are various mixes of the song, including a 2-step garage mix (OMO Remix) and a Eurodance mix (Dance Movement Remix). The single was also well received in Europe, although it didn't have much airplay in the US or UK. The Underdog Project
The Underdog Project is a German dance group which launched its first album, '' It Doesn't Matter'' in 2001. Their hits include "Saturday" (not to be confused with "Saturday Night"; this was not released until two years after the album had come out), " Summer Jam" and "Tonight". The band has four members: Vic Krishna (vocals), Craig Smart (vocals), DJ Frank (remixes) and AJ Duncan (keyboards). Career The band was formed when Canadian artist Vic Krishna was visiting Germany and had a jam session with Canadian singer Craig Smart and the production team of ToneDef and Triple S. It went well, so they started recording; mostly demo tapes, but also full-fledged tracks. When there was enough material for an album, ''It Doesn't Matter'' was the end result. The group's most popular track, " Summer Jam", was one of the biggest pop hits in Europe. At one point, it was on the rotation list of every pop radio station in Germany. ''It Doesn't Matter'' is the debut album by The Underdog Project, released in Germany on 20 November 2000 on Radikal Records. The album combines a variety of music styles like R&B, 2-step beats and reggae; there are also ballads and a cappella tracks included. The album received a lot of attention in Germany; it was later released in the United States on 24 July 2001. "Summer Jam" is a song by German-Belgian dance music group The Underdog Project. Released on 24 July 2000 as the lead single from their album '' It Doesn't Matter'', the song was considered a big hit in Europe, peaking at #3 in both Germany and Portugal, #5 in Hungary, #10 in Austria, #14 in Italy, and #17 in Switzerland. After that, the single aired on some of the most popular radio stations in the US like WPOW in Miami and New York City's WKTU. D-Cru was a Canadian R&B music group formed in Vancouver, consisting of singers Nicole Hutton, Tito Chipman, Craig Smart, Damien Kyles and Aimee Mackenzie.
