Tomáš Hübschman
Tomáš Hübschman (; born 4 September 1981) is a Czech professional footballer who plays for FK Jablonec. He can play as a centre-back or defensive midfielder and is known for his strength, speed and tight marking. Club career Sparta Prague Before joining Shakhtar Donetsk in the summer of 2004, Hübschman played for Sparta Prague, having started playing for the club's youth at age five and signing his first professional contract in 1998. Hübschman first came to prominence after joining Jablonec on a loan for the 2001–02 season. After gaining positive reviews, he returned to Sparta, where he was a regular in their 2002–03 UEFA Champions League run, playing 11 matches. In the 2003–04 season, he helped the club to the knockout stage of the 2003–04 Champions League and ended the season helping Sparta win the Czech Cup after beating fierce rivals Baník Ostrava 2–1. Football Club Shakhtar Donetsk ( uk, Футбольний клуб «Шахтар» Донецьк , short nickname "miners") is a Ukrainian professional football club from the city of Donetsk. In 2014, due to the War in Donbass, the club was forced to move to Lviv, and had played matches in Lviv (2014–2016) and in Kharkiv (2017–2020) whilst having its office headquarters and training facilities in Kyiv. In May 2020, Shakhtar started to play home matches at NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv. Shakhtar has appeared in several European competitions and is often a participant in the UEFA Champions League. FK Jablonec () is a Czech professional football club based in Jablonec nad Nisou. The club has played in the top league of Czech football, Czech First League, since 1994. History Jablonec played its first season of top league football in the 1974–75 Czechoslovak First League, remaining in the top league for two seasons before relegation in 1976. The 2001 FIFA World Youth Championship took place in Argentina between 17 June and 8 July 2001. The 2001 championship was the 13th contested. Football Club Mariupol ( uk, Футбольний клуб "Маріуполь" ) was a Ukrainian professional football club based in Mariupol, that competed in the Ukrainian Premier League. The 2011–12 Ukrainian Premier League season was the 21st since its establishment and fourth since its reorganisation. The season began on 8 July 2011 when newly promoted PFC Oleksandria visited FC Vorskla Poltava. FC Shakhtar Donetsk were the defending champions, having won their 6th league title in the 2010–11 season and they successfully defended their title by winning the championship in the last round of the competition. Football Club Dynamo Kyiv (, ) is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Kyiv. Klasychne derby (Ukrainian: ''Класичне'', as ''Classico''), or the ''Ukrainian football rivalry'' is the football match between the two top Ukrainian clubs Dynamo Kyiv and Shakhtar Donetsk. The game between those two clubs is a focal point of each football season in Ukraine. Due to war, at least three of their scheduled fixtures were scratched in 1941 and 2022. The 2008–09 UEFA Cup was the 38th season of the UEFA Cup football tournament. The final was played at the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, home ground of Fenerbahçe, in Istanbul on 20 May 2009. FC Baník Ostrava is a football club from the Silesian part of the city of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Founded in 1922 as ''SK Slezská Ostrava'', Baník has won numerous national and international trophies. History Formation and history to 1937 The club was founded on 8 September 1922 as ''SK Slezská Ostrava'', when 20 activists signed the establishment treaty in the ''U Dubu'' restaurant.
