Tomás Jocelyn-Holt
José Tomás Jocelyn-Holt Letelier (born 16 January 1963) is a Chilean people, Chilean politician, former member of the Christian Democrat Party of Chile (until 2012), and former member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile between 1994 and 2002. Jocelyn-Holt Letelier was an independent candidate for the 2013 Chilean presidential election, 2013 presidential election, but lost the election with the lowest voting percentage in the history of his country. He's the younger brother of Alfredo Jocelyn-Holt, a well known historian. He also has another brother, Enrique, an economist. Chamber Of Deputies Of Chile
The Chamber of Deputies ( es, Cámara de Diputadas y Diputados, links=no) is the lower house of Chile's bicameral Congress. Its organisation and its powers and duties are defined in articles 42 to 59 of Chile's current constitution. Eligibility Deputies must: be aged at least 21; not be disqualified from voting; have finished secondary school or its equivalent; and have lived in the corresponding electoral district for at least two years prior to the election. Electoral system Since 2017, Chile's congress has been elected through open list proportional representation under the D'Hondt method. Before 2017, a unique binomial system was used. La Reina (Spanish: "The Queen") is a commune of Chile located in Santiago Province, Santiago Metropolitan Region created in 1963 from an eastern portion of the Ñuñoa commune. It belongs to the Northeastern zone of Santiago de Chile. La Reina is a residential commune inhabited by mostly mid to upper-mid income families and high-income groups.
