Tommy Little (comedian)
Thomas Little (born 23 February 1985) is an Australian comedian, writer, actor, television and radio presenter. He currently co-hosts '' The Project'' on Network 10 and ''Carrie & Tommy'' on the Hit Network with Carrie Bickmore. Career In 2013, Little performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and appeared at the festival's Gala show, which showcases five-minute sets of dozens of comedians. In early 2014, he returned to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival with a new show, "Middleclass Gangster", in 2019 with his show "Self Diagnosed Genius" and in 2021 "I'll See Myself Out". Little has also performed live on Foxtel. ''The Project'' (previously ''The 7PM Project'' from 2009 to 2011) is an Australian news- current affairs and talk show television panel program, airing weeknights across Australia on Network 10, produced by Roving Enterprises. The show is hosted by Waleed Aly, Sarah Harris, Georgie Tunny, and Hamish Macdonald with rotating daily guest panellists. The one-hour show, formerly half-hour, premiered on 20 July 2009 and airs live in the eastern states with delays in other states (including Queensland during daylight saving). Antarctic Ice Marathon
The Antarctic Ice Marathon was established by Richard Donovan and Polar Running Adventures to enable marathon runners to complete a marathon on all seven continents. It also enables athletes to complete the marathon grand slam – a marathon on all seven continents and the North Pole. Runnings of the Antarctic Ice Marathon and race have taken place at 80° south just a few hundred miles from the South Pole at the foot of the Ellsworth Mountains. Nova 100 (call sign: 3MEL) is a commercial radio station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, broadcasting on 100.3 MHz. The station is owned by NOVA Entertainment along with sister station, smoothfm 91.5. History Nova 100 commenced on the Melbourne airwaves at 7 am Australian Eastern Daylight Time on Monday 3 December 2001, and was the first new commercial radio station in Melbourne for 21 years. The Comedy Channel (promoted on air as comedy) is a defunct Australian subscription television channel available on Foxtel, and Optus Television. The channel ceased broadcasting on 1 September 2020. History A joint venture between Artist Services (20%), Australis Media (40%), and Foxtel (40%), the channel began broadcasting on the Galaxy platform, and became available on Foxtel on 1 August 1996. After the collapse of Australis in 1998, Foxtel's share of the channel increased to 80%.
