Tom De Grooth
Tom Nico de Grooth (born 14 May 1979) is a Dutch cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off spin bowler. He made his debut for the Dutch national team in a one-day game against Denmark on 26 July 2003. His highest first-class score is 196 for the Netherlands against Bermuda in the 2007-08 ICC Intercontinental Cup. In 2010, De Grooth was among the first three cricketers to be awarded central contracts with the Koninklijke Nederlandse Cricket Bond (Royal Dutch Cricket Board). Career The 2008 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier was hosted by Ireland, the pre-tournament favourites. Of the six teams participating, the tournament marker the first time four of them played Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) including the Netherlands. Kenya National Cricket Team
The Kenya national cricket team represents the Republic of Kenya in international cricket. Kenya is an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) which has Twenty20 International (T20I) status after the ICC granted T20I status to all of their members. They have been an associate member of the ICC since 1981. Since then they have played in five Cricket World Cups from 1996 to 2011 with their best result being a semi-final appearance at the 2003 Cricket World Cup in Southern Africa. They have only qualified for one ICC World Twenty20 tournament with that being in 2007. The Kenyan national team is governed by Cricket Kenya. 2012 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier
The 2012 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier was played in early 2012 as a part of ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier series. This edition of the qualifier for the 2012 ICC World Twenty20 was an expanded version comprising ten qualifiers from regional Twenty20 tournaments, in addition to the six ODI/Twenty20 status countries. It was staged in the UAE. ICC Associate and Affiliate Members from around the globe had the opportunity to qualify for the ICC World Twenty20 2012 in Sri Lanka. Sussex County Cricket Club
Sussex County Cricket Club is the oldest of eighteen first-class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales. It represents the historic county of Sussex. Its limited overs team is called the Sussex Sharks. The club was founded in 1839 as a successor to the various Sussex county cricket teams, including the old Brighton Cricket Club, which had been representative of the county of Sussex as a whole since the 1720s. The Canada national cricket team represents Canada in international cricket. The team is organised by Cricket Canada, which became an Associate Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1968. 2011–12 Caribbean Twenty20
The 2011–12 Caribbean Twenty20 was the third season of the Caribbean Twenty20, a domestic T20 tournament administered by the West Indies Cricket Board. The opening match was held on 9 January 2012, and the final was played at Kensington Oval, Barbados on 22 January 2012. The national teams of Canada and Netherlands in addition to Sussex participated as the overseas teams. There were ten teams as it was in the 2010–11 tournament. 2011 Clydesdale Bank 40
The 2011 Clydesdale Bank 40 tournament was the second season of the ECB 40 limited overs cricket competition for the English and Welsh first-class counties. In addition to the 18 counties, Scotland and the Netherlands took part, as well as the Unicorns, a team of players who did not have first-class contracts. The competition consisted of three groups of seven teams, from which the top team from each group, plus the best second-placed team, progressed to the semi-finals. The groups were allocated randomly. Clydesdale Bank 40
The ECB40, last known as the Yorkshire Bank 40 (YB40) for sponsorship reasons, was a forty-over limited overs cricket competition for the English first-class counties. It began in the 2010 English cricket season as a replacement for the Pro40 and Friends Provident Trophy competitions. Yorkshire Bank were the last sponsors, taking over the naming rights from their parent company Clydesdale Bank for the 2013 edition. Warwickshire won the inaugural tournament. Peter William Borren (born 21 August 1983) is a former Dutch international cricketer. He was the captain for Netherlands at international level, until he retired in April 2018.
