Tom Bradby
Thomas Matthew Bradby (born 13 January 1967) is a British journalist and novelist who currently presents the ''ITV News at Ten''. He was previously political editor for ITV News from 2005 to 2015, and presented '' The Agenda with Tom Bradby'', a political discussion series, from 2012 to 2016. Early life and education Bradby's father served in the Royal Navy and as a result he was born in Malta in 1967. He is an only child, and both parents are described by him as exemplary. After a short spell in Gibraltar he moved to Britain. He was privately educated at Westbourne House School and Sherborne School, before studying history at the University of Edinburgh. Career Bradby has worked for ITN, producer of ITV News, since 1990 when he joined the organisation as an editorial trainee. Abdurrahman Wahid ( ; born Abdurrahman ad-Dakhil; 7 September 1940 – 30 December 2009), though more colloquially known as Gus Dur (), was an Indonesian politician and Islamic religious leader who served as the 4th president of Indonesia, from his election in 1999 until his removal from power in 2001. A long time leader within the Nahdlatul Ulama organization, he was the founder of the National Awakening Party (PKB). Julie Etchingham
Julie Anne Etchingham (born 21 August 1969) is an English journalist who works as a television newsreader with ITV News. A graduate of Newnham College, Cambridge, Etchingham joined the BBC as a trainee after completing her studies, and went on to present the children's news programme ''Newsround'' in 1994. She joined Sky News in 2002, and also presented editions of ''Five News'' when Sky won the contract to produce news programming for Channel 5 in 2005. Etchingham is currently a newscaster on ''ITV News at Ten'' and has been since 2008. The 2015 United Kingdom general election was held on Thursday, 7 May 2015 to elect 650 members to the House of Commons. It was the first and only general election held at the end of a Parliament under the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011. Local elections took place in most areas on the same day. Polls and commentators had predicted the outcome would be too close to call and would result in a second consecutive hung parliament whose composition would be either similar to or more complicated than the 2010 general election. On 8 January 2020, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, announced on Instagram their decision to "step back as 'senior' members" of the British royal family, split their time between the United Kingdom and North America, and become financially independent.
