Todd Gleave
Todd Gleave (born 3 June 1995) is an England, English rugby union player who plays for Dallas Jackals in the Major League Rugby. Gleave played his early rugby at East Grinstead Rugby Football Club, East Grinstead. He was previously part Bath Rugby, Bath academy before he joined London Scottish F.C., London Scottish ahead of the 2014-15 season to play in the RFU Championship. He played in National League 1 for Rosslyn Park F.C., Rosslyn Park in the 2014-15 season, before being snapped up by London Irish ahead of the 2015-16 season. On 12 June 2018, Gleave signed for Gloucester Rugby, Gloucester from the 2018-19 season. Gleave worked in digital marketing at the F3Group, who are the primary sponsors of Gloucester, where his father is their chief executive. Haywards Heath is a town in West Sussex, England, south of London, north of Brighton, south of Gatwick Airport and northeast of the county town, Chichester. Nearby towns include Burgess Hill to the southwest, Horsham to the northwest, Crawley northwest and East Grinstead northeast. Major League Rugby (MLR or USMLR) is a professional rugby union competition and the top-level championship for clubs in North America. In the 2022 season it was contested by thirteen teams: twelve from the United States and one from Canada. The Pro14 Rainbow Cup (also known as the Guinness Pro14 Rainbow Cup for sponsorship reasons) was a professional rugby union end-of-season cup competition played in 2021 that consisted of two separate tournaments: the Rainbow Cup for twelve European clubs and the Rainbow Cup SA for four South African clubs. The winners of each competition then played a final match to determine the overall winner. The tournament operated as a shortened 'Spring season' to allow for the integration of the four new South African teams into the United Rugby Championship ahead of the 2021–22 season. In winning the play-off final against the Bulls of South Africa, Benetton Treviso became the first Italian side ever to win any of the successor championships to the Celtic League. National One (last season known as National League 1 and previously known before September 2009 as National Division Two), is the third of three national leagues in the domestic rugby union competition of England. It was known as Courage League National Division Three when founded in 1987. Caldy are the current champions. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) approved a new structure for the National Leagues from the 2022–23 season. This division will be reduced to fourteen teams, playing each other on a home and away basis to make a total of 26 matches each. The champions are promoted to the RFU Championship and the bottom three teams are relegated to either National Two East, National Two North or National Two West depending on the geographical location of the team.
