Todd Glass
Todd Steven Glass (born December 16, 1964) is an American stand-up comedian. Life and career Glass was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He first began performing stand-up comedy in Philadelphia in 1982 while attending Conestoga High School. He made his earliest television appearances in the late 80s on A&E's ''An Evening at the Improv'' and in the early 1990s on several Comedy Central stand-up programs. He is Jewish and dyslexic. Glass is perhaps best known for his appearances as a contestant on the second and third seasons of NBC's ''Last Comic Standing'' and has appeared regularly on programs such as ''Jimmy Kimmel Live!'', ''Late Night with Conan O'Brien'', ''Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn'', ''The Dennis Miller Show'', ''Politically Incorrect'', ''Louie'', ''Tosh.0'', ''Mr. Show with Bob and David'', ''Preston and Steve'' and had his own ''Comedy Central Presents'' special in 2001. The Improv is a comedy club franchise. It was founded as a single venue in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City in 1963, and expanded into a chain of venues in the late 1970s. History Originally, it was a single venue founded in 1963 by Budd Friedman and his future wife, Silver Saundors, and located in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City on West 44th near the southeast corner of 9th Ave. The Improvisation was originally an after hours coffee house where Broadway performers could unwind after shows with an open mic inviting impromptu musical performances. James Patrick Anthony Dore (born July 26, 1965) is an American stand-up comedian, political commentator, podcaster, and YouTube personality. He is the host of ''The Jimmy Dore Show'', a comedic talk show on YouTube where he interviews guests of a political, economic, comedic, or scientific nature. Dore's material is often presented in a satirical way that involves sketch comedy routines.
