Tkachenko ( uk, Ткаченко) is a common Ukrainian surname. ''Tkachenko'' is the central and eastern Ukrainian version of the western Ukrainian surname Tkachuk, meaning "weaver". Ilia Tkachenko
Ilia Alexeyevich Tkachenko (russian: Илья Алексеевич Ткаченко, born 26 December 1986) is a Russian former competitive ice dancer. Skating for Russia with Ekaterina Riazanova, he became the 2010 Trophée Eric Bompard silver medalist, the 2012 Skate Canada International bronze medalist, and a three-time Russian national medalist. Competing with Isabella Tobias for Israel, he won four medals on the ISU Challenger Series. Personal life Tkachenko was born on 26 December 1986 in Perm, Russian SFSR, the elder of two boys. He studied municipal administration. He married his wife, Ksenia, who is also from Perm, on 15 June 2012. After deciding to compete for Israel, Tkachenko applied for Israeli citizenship. Petro Tkachenko
Petro Fedorovych Tkachenko (December 21, 1878 in Syniavtsi – January 3, 1919) was a prominent blind kobzar. Biography Petro Fedorovych Tkachenko-Halashko was one of the more outstanding kobzars of the Chernihiv region. He was born on December 21, 1878, in the village of Syniavtsi, Sosnytsia county near Chernihiv. At the age of 9 he became blind. At the age of 16 he began an apprenticeship with the kobzar Andriy Hayduk (Haydenko) and after a short period continued with Tereshko Parkhomenko under whom he studied for three years. ( Kornievsky states that he was partially sighted). Tkachenko's repertoire consisted mainly of songs. Darya Aleksandrovna Tkachenko (russian: Дарья Александровна Ткаченко; born 21 December 1983) is a Russian (since 2016), formerly Ukrainian (until 2015), draughts player holding the FMJD titles of FMJD Master (MF) and Women's International Grandmaster (GMIF). She is four-time women's world champion (2005, 2006, 2008, 2011) and twice women's European champion (2004, 2006) in international draughts. Elena Tkachenko (born July 31, 1983 in Sevastopol, Ukraine) is an Individual Rhythmic Gymnast who competed for Belarus. Career Tkachenko started doing gymnastics in Sevastopol at age 8 years old, which is by some standards is considered late for rhythmic gymnastics development. Nadiya Volodymyrivna Tkachenko ( uk, Надія Володимирівна Ткаченко) or Nadezhda Vladimirovna Tkachenko (russian: Надежда Владимировна Ткаченко) (born 19 September 1948) is a Ukrainian former pentathlete who won gold at the 1980 Olympics. She was born in Kremenchuk, then in the Ukrainian SSR in the Soviet Union, and took up pentathlon aged 18 training at the Vanguard Voluntary Sports Societies of the Soviet Union in Donetsk Oblast. Viacheslav Volodymyrovych Tkachenko ( uk, В'ячеслав Володимирович Ткаченко, born in 1973) is a Ukrainian figure skating coach and former competitive pair skater. Competing with Svitlana Prystav for the Soviet Union, he became a three-time World Junior medalist in the early 1990s. Later in their career, the pair represented Ukraine. Heorhiy Kyrylovych Tkachenko ( uk, Георгій Кирилович Ткаченко; 5 May 1898 in Hlushkovo, Kursk region of the Russian Empire – 1993 in Kyiv, Ukraine) was a Ukrainian bard and bandurist.
