Tirangaa (film)
''Tirangaa'' () is a 1993 Indian action drama film starring Raaj Kumar, Nana Patekar, Varsha Usgaonkar, Harish Kumar and Mamta Kulkarni. The movie was a blockbuster. At the time of 1993 Bombay bombings, Plaza cinema, Mumbai was also bombed where the movie was being shown, leaving 10 dead and 37 injured. Plot The film starts with the kidnapping of three nuclear scientists by Pralayanath Gendaswami (Deepak Shirke) as he plans to build nuclear missiles for an invasion of India. Meanwhile, Deputy Inspector General of Police Rudrapratap Chauhan (Suresh Oberoi) an honest police officer is murdered by Pralayanath Gendaswami since he has been on his hitlist. Rudrapatap's son Harish ( Harish Kumar) is the only witness of his murder. When the scientists are gone missing, police calls Brigadier Suryadev Singh (Raaj Kumar) to take matter into his hands. Joginder (real name Joginder Shelly) was an Indian actor, director, producer, writer, singer, songwriter and distributor. Two Hindi films produced, directed, written, acted and distributed by him were "Super Hits" – ''Bindiya Aur Bandook'' and ''Ranga Khush''. (In Indian cinema any film which runs for over 50 weeks continuously is classified as a "Super Hit.") He successfully instituted a plagiarism suit against the producers of one of India's greatest films, ''Sholay'', for substantially copying his work. Aparajita was an able Shilahara ruler of north Konkan branch from 975 CE – 1010 CE. Chhadvaideva was followed by his nephew Aparajita, the son of Vajjada. Aparajita was an ambitious king.
