''Tinker Ticker'' () is a 2013 South Korean crime drama film written and directed by Kim Jung-hoon in his first feature-length for his Korean Academy of Film Arts (KAFA) graduation project. Starring Byun Yo-han and Park Jung-min, it follows a bombmaker who meets a detonator. It made its world premiere at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2013, competing in the inaugural Best Asian Future Film Award category. Byun Yo-han
Byun Yo-han (born April 29, 1986) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for his roles in the television dramas '' Misaeng: Incomplete Life'' (2014), ''Six Flying Dragons'' (2015–2016), and '' Mr. Sunshine'' (2018). He has also appeared in several independent films including ''Socialphobia'' (2015) and ''The Book of Fish'' (2021). Career He made his acting debut in 2011, and appeared in over 30 short films as a student of Korea National University of Arts. Park Jeong-min (; born March 24, 1987) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for starring in the films ''Bleak Night'' (2011), '' Dongju: The Portrait of a Poet'' (2015), ''Keys to the Heart'' (2018), and '' Deliver Us from Evil'' (2020). He is also the writer of best-selling book ''A Useful Person''. Tokyo International Film Festival
The is a film festival established in 1985. The event was held biennially from 1985 to 1991 and annually thereafter. Along with the Shanghai International Film Festival, it is one of Asia's competitive film festivals, and is considered to be the largest film festival in Asia and the only Japanese festival accredited by the FIAPF. 2nd Wildflower Film Awards
The 2nd Wildflower Film Awards () is an awards ceremony recognizing the achievements of Korean independent and low-budget films. It was held at the Literature House in Seoul on April 9, 2015. The selection committee was composed of 25 film professionals and regular audience members who met often to view and discuss new releases; their nomination list was further narrowed in the final voting stage by invited critics and programmers. 21 films were nominated across 10 categories from a pool of 60 narrative films and 30 documentaries, each with a budget under () and released theatrically between January 1 and December 31, 2014.
