Timo Angelov
Eftim Angelov ( bg, Ефтим Ангелов), known as Timo Angelov (Bulgarian: Тимо Ангелов), was a Bulgarian revolutionary, a member of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organization (IMARO). Eftim Angelov was born in the town of Berkovitsa in 1882. He studied in the smithery school in Samokov, where he was nicknamed Timo Knyaza (the prince) and Eftim Tsarya (the tsar) by his friends. In Samokov he was member of the Trayko Kitanchev Revolutionary Circle which produced bombs for the needs of IMARO. In 1900 he went to the region of Mehomia as a freedom fighter and in 1903 he was appointed leader of the Tikvesh region. On 24 March 1903 the joint revolutionary bands of few leaders, among which were Hristo Chernopeev, Kosta Mazneykov (from the region of Radovish), Nikola Dechev (from the region of Veles) and Timo Angelov, went to Macedonia. Berkovitsa
Berkovitsa ( bg, Берковица ) is a town and ski resort in northwestern Bulgaria. Veles (city)
Veles ( mk, Велес ) is a city in the central part of North Macedonia on the Vardar river. The city of Veles is the seat of Veles Municipality. Veles is the sixth largest Macedonian city with a total population of 43,716 (census 2002). The largest cities in the proximity of Veles are: Skopje - the capital and the largest city of North Macedonia - 54 km in the northwest direction, Štip 43 km to the east, Sveti Nikole 34 km to the northeast, Prilep 79 km in the southwest direction, and Kavadarci and Negotino 43 km and 40 km respectively to the southeast. } Mihail Gerdzhikov ( bg, Михаил Герджиков; 1877–1947) was a Bulgarian revolutionary and anarchist. Biography He was born in Plovdiv, then in the Ottoman Empire, in 1877. He studied at the French College in Plovdiv, where he received the nickname ''Michel''. As a student in 1893 he started his revolutionary activities as the leader of a Macedonian Secret Revolutionary Committee (MSRC). In Lausanne and Geneva he participated in the so-called ''Geneva Group''. In 1899 he returned to the Bulgarian lands and became a teacher at Bulgarian Classical High School in Bitola and joined IMORO, where Gerdzhikov approached Gotse Delchev. In 1900 he was a delegate to the Zlatitsa Society of the ''Seventh Macedonian Congress''. In April 1901 he was a delegate of the Borisov Society to the ''Eighth Macedonian-Edirne Congress''. Plačkovica
Plačkovica () is a mountain located the eastern part of North Macedonia, it extends between the cities of Radoviš, and Vinica. The highest peak is Lisec () at 1,754 m, the length of main valley slopes of the peak Lisec is 34 km. The valley of Zrnovska river splits the mountain in two, eastern and western parts. The peak of the western part is Turtel at 1,689 m. Lisec is a popular climbing route for the local climbers, being one of the harder peaks to scale in this part of Macedonia. It is not unusual to have snow on the peak during the month of June. The peak is served by two mountain lodges: Vrteška from Štip's side and, Dzumaja from Radoviš's side. Kočani ( mk, Кочани ) is a town in the eastern part of North Macedonia, situated around east from Skopje. It has a population of 28,330 and is the seat of the Kočani Municipality.
