Tim Harris (footballer)
Tim Harris is an English football manager currently in charge of Worcester City. Harris was a professional football player for several clubs, including Shrewsbury Town, Newport County, Cheltenham Town, Redditch United and as a goalkeeper for Gloucester City in the late 1970s. He was an assistant manager at Gloucester City twice, and has previous experience as a manager with Forest Green Rovers, Cinderford Town, Newport County and Merthyr Tydfil. In 2006 Harris was appointed as First Team Manager at Gloucester City, saving them from relegation and finishing in a respectable 13th place. In 2008 Harris moved 'upstairs' and became General Manager, handing over the first team manager job to assistant David Mehew. Gloucester gained promotion to the Football Conference for the 2009–10 season, via a play-off win at Farnborough. Dymock
Dymock is a village and civil parish in the Forest of Dean district of Gloucestershire, England, about four miles south of Ledbury. In 2014 the parish had an estimated population of 1,205. Dymock is the origin of the Dymock Red, a cider apple, and Stinking Bishop cheese. History In the village of Dymock there are several interesting buildings which include cruck beam cottages; "The White House", which was the birthplace of John Kyrle, the "Man of Ross", in 1637; Ann Cam School of 1825 and St Mary's Church, a patchwork history in brick and stone with Anglo-Norman origins. Dean Holdsworth
Dean Christopher Holdsworth (born 8 November 1968) is an English former professional football player and manager. As a striker he scored 193 goals in 610 league games over a 22-year career. Despite playing for 16 clubs in 19 spells the majority of his goals and appearances came at Brentford, Wimbledon, and Bolton Wanderers. He is the twin brother of David Holdsworth. As a player, he started his career at Watford in 1986, where he spent three years before signing with Brentford, following a short loan spell. A highly successful three years followed before he was signed by Wimbledon in 1992. After an impressive five-year spell he transferred to Bolton Wanderers. The Midland Football League is an English football league that was founded in 2014 by the merger of the former Midland Alliance and Midland Combination. Russell Slade
Russell Mark Slade (born 10 October 1960) is an English professional association football, football manager, who was most recently managerial consultant of League Two club Stevenage F.C., Stevenage. Having had an extended career at reserve team level, Slade entered professional sports coaching with Notts County F.C., Notts County in 1993. He briefly took charge of the club as caretaker manager during the 1994–95 season. The Southern League is a men's football competition featuring semi-professional clubs from the South and Midlands of England. Rodney Parade
Rodney Parade is a stadium in the city of Newport, South Wales, owned and operated by the Welsh Rugby Union. It is located on the east bank of the River Usk in Newport city centre. The ground is on Rodney Road, a short walk from the city's central bus and railway stations via Newport Bridge or Newport City footbridge. There is no spectator car park at the ground but a number of multi-storey car parks are nearby. Rodney Parade is the home ground of Dragons regional rugby union team. Dragons RFC ( cy, Dreigiau) are one of the four professional rugby union regional teams in Wales. They are owned by the Welsh Rugby Union and play their home games at Rodney Parade, Newport and at other grounds around the region. They play in the United Rugby Championship and the European Rugby Champions Cup/European Rugby Challenge Cup. Newport RFC
Newport Rugby Football Club ( cy, Clwb Rygbi Casnewydd) is a Welsh rugby union club based in the city of Newport, South Wales. They presently play in the Welsh Premier Division. Until 2021 Newport RFC were based at Rodney Parade situated on the east bank of the River Usk. Every major rugby union touring team to visit Wales has played at Rodney Parade, and all of them were beaten at least once in the twentieth century by a side who, in 1951, played in the match at Cardiff RFC that attracted what was, a world-record crowd of 48,500 for a rugby union match between two clubs. Newport Stadium, also known as Spytty Park, is an association football, rugby and athletics stadium in Newport, South Wales. It is the home of Newport City Football Club, Newport RFC and Newport Harriers Athletic Club. It was previously also used for home matches by Newport County and Albion Rovers football clubs. Newport County continue to use the stadium as a base for youth teams and senior squad training. The Football League
The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world. Anthony Hudson (footballer)
Anthony Patrick Hudson (born 11 March 1981) is an English-American professional association football manager who is currently serving as the interim head coach of the United States national team. Hudson became one of the youngest coaches to earn the UEFA Pro Licence, the highest coaching award in football, in 2012. Hudson has managed two international teams, and won two international tournaments, qualifying for the 2015 AFC Asian Cup and 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup in the process.
