Tim Euhus
Tim Euhus (born October 2, 1980) is a former American football tight end. He was originally drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oregon State. College career Euhus attended Oregon State University, lettering in football all of his four years, and graduating with a degree in Construction Engineering Management. He finished his career with 98 receptions for 1,346 yards (13.7 yards per rec. avg.) and nine touchdowns. He was also on the OSU basketball team as a freshman. In 2003, he was a first-team All Pac-10 selection. Tight End
The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Like offensive linemen, they are usually lined up on the offensive line and are large enough to be effective blockers. On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are eligible receivers adept enough to warrant a defense's attention when running pass patterns. Because of the hybrid nature of the position, the tight end's role in any given offense depends on the tactical preferences and philosophy of the head coach as well as overall team dynamic. The 2004 NFL draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting. The draft was held April 24–25, 2004 at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. No teams chose to claim any players in the supplemental draft that year.
