"Ti amo ti amo" is the tenth single released by the Italian singer Alexia released in 2000 and was the only new track from her first best of compilation album '' The Hits''. It was the last single she released that was produced by Robyx as she decided to leave the DWA team so that she could grow as an artist and pursue different styles of music. When the single was announced, there was some confusion in that it was initially thought the single was "Te amo", a track from Alexia's then current album ''Happy Happiness, in the context of mental or emotional states, is positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Alexia (born Alessia Aquilani, 19 May 1967) is an Italian singer. Before recording in Italian in the 2000s, she made records in English in the 1990s. Many of those were international hits. Before her solo career, she was the vocalist of Ice MC. In her career, she has sold over 6 million records with ten top 10 singles, four of which were number-ones with numerous international sales certifications. ''The Hits'' is the second compilation album and first greatest hits release by Italian singer Alexia released in 2000 and would be her final album released with Robyx and DWA. The album spans all her international singles from 1995 to 2000, with the sole new song being the lead single "Ti amo ti amo". As they were released in only one territory, the singles "Virtual Reality" and "Hold On" were not included on the album. In addition to ten single, four album tracks were included "Claro de luna" from '' The Party'' and "Baby Baby Baby", "Shake You Up" and "Save a Prayer" from '' Happy'' along with three remixes including the Almighty Edit of Uh La La La. Non Ti Dimenticherò
"Non ti dimenticherò" is a duet released by the Italian singers Gianni Morandi and Alexia released in November 2000. It was the first release by Alexia since leaving Robyx and the DWA team, and the first song she recorded in Italian. The title translates as 'I Will Not Forget' and the song begins with Morandi singing the first verse and chorus in Italian followed by Alexia singing in English. The pair then sing together in English before finishing in Italian. The song opened Alexia up to new audiences and would form the basis of the next part of her career when she began recording in Italian in 2002. ''Happy'' is the third studio album by Italian singer Alexia released in 1999, and would be her final studio album to be written and produced by Robyx and the DWA team. The album continued to see Alexia have a broad range of styles, though the move away from eurodance was not as dramatic as it had been with '' The Party''. It was Alexia's first album on the Sony Epic label. Alexia's management team had boasted that every track on the album was good enough to be released as a single, yet only two tracks were released as singles.
