Three Turkeys
"Three Turkeys" is the eighth episode of the Modern Family (season 6), sixth season of the American sitcom ''Modern Family'', and the series' 128th episode overall. It originally aired on November 19, 2014. The episode was written by Jeffrey Richman and directed by Beth McCarthy-Miller. The Three Turkeys refer to Thanksgiving in the Dunphy household and the disasters that follow. This also includes Jay and Gloria's attempt to avoid Thanksgiving with their family and Lily, keeping Mitchell and Cameron occupied. Despite all the obstacles, it's still clear that a family will always be there for each other even in the difficulties they have to face. Plot Claire (Julie Bowen) decides to allow Phil (Ty Burrell) to be in charge for the Thanksgiving dinner this year, so Phil tries to cook while Luke (Nolan Gould) helps him. "Las Vegas" is the 18th episode of the fifth season of the American sitcom ''Modern Family'', and the series' 114th overall. It was aired on March 26, 2014. The episode was written by Paul Corrigan, Brad Walsh, and Bill Wrubel and directed by Gail Mancuso. The episode is notable for its overlapping story arcs between the characters as they each seek to find their ideal experiences in Las Vegas.
