Thomas Skoglund
Thomas Skoglund (born 3 March 1983) is a former Norwegian handball player, who played for the Danish clubs GOG Svendborg and Team Tvis Holstebro and Norwegian clubs Fet, Haslum and Lillestrøm Topphåndbold. He started his club career in Fet. In 2006 he moved to Haslum. Three years later he moved to GOG, where he played until the club went bankrupt after the 2009/2010 season. He then moved to Team Tvis Holstebro TTH Holstebro is a men's handball club from Holstebro, Denmark. The team is playing in the Danish Primo Tours Ligaen and play their home matches in Gråkjær Arena. 2008 European Men's Handball Championship
The 2008 EHF European Men's Handball Championship (8th tournament) was held in Norway from 17 to 27 January, in the cities of Bergen, Drammen, Lillehammer, Stavanger and Trondheim. Denmark men's national handball team, Denmark won the tournament with Croatia men's national handball team, Croatia second and France men's national handball team, France third. Venues Qualification Qualification matches took place in 2007. TTH Holstebro is a men's handball club from Holstebro, Denmark. The team is playing in the Danish Primo Tours Ligaen and play their home matches in Gråkjær Arena. History The club was founded in May 2000, when Holstebro Håndbold 90 and Tvis KFUM merged their first teams to create the new club. Previously, the club also had an affiliated women's team until 2020. The club decided to split up the men's and women's section in each clubs, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end.
