Thomas Limpinsel is a German actor, known best for his role as Heinz Linge in '' Downfall''. Life Thomas Limpinsel studied acting in 1987 at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover. After his studies, he was initially engaged at the Lower Saxony State Theatre, had a guest engagement at the Stadttheater Hildesheim and in 1993 followed the director Eberhard Witt to the Bayerische Staatsschauspiel München, where he worked until 1997. Since 1997, Limpinsel worked as a freelance Schauspieler and had guest engagements at the Bavarian State Theatre, Schauspielhaus Bochum, Burgtheater in Vienna, the Salzburg Festival, as well as the Komischen Oper, and the Renaissancetheater, along with the Schlossparktheater in Berlin. Along with his theatre work, Thomas Limpinsel is present in many film and TV productions. Salzburg Festival
The Salzburg Festival (german: Salzburger Festspiele) is a prominent festival of music and drama established in 1920. It is held each summer (for five weeks starting in late July) in the Austrian town of Salzburg, the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. One highlight is the annual performance of the play '' Jedermann'' (''Everyman'') by Hugo von Hofmannsthal. Since 1967, an annual Salzburg Easter Festival has also been held, organized by a separate organization. ''Rommel'' is a 2012 German television film first shown on Das Erste. It is a dramatisation of the last days of German general Erwin Rommel. Plot This made-for-TV-movie starts on the last day (October 14, 1944) of Rommel's life with a talk between him and generals Wilhelm Burgdorf and Ernst Maisel. In this talk the generals present incriminating material. They say Rommel has the choice between suicide and a trial before the Volksgerichtshof. Katie Fforde, née Catherine Rose Gordon-Cumming (born 27 September 1952), is a British romance novelist. Published since 1995, her romance novels are set in modern-day England.
