Thomas George (Australian Politician)
Thomas George (born 15 January 1949) is an Australian politician who was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1999 to 2019. He was educated at St Mary's Primary and Marist Brothers College in Casino. He has worked as a bank officer, a stock and station agent, a real estate agent and a publican. He is married to Deborah. Elected to the seat of Lismore in 1999, Thomas George had been a longtime supporter of the Nationals, becoming a member in 1969. Thomas George (born December 2, 1956) is an American physician and politician from the U.S. state of Michigan. As a Republican member of the Michigan State Senate, he represented Kalamazoo County as well as an eastern portion of Van Buren County. George is a physician and former medical director for Hospice of Greater Kalamazoo. Thomas James Edric George (born 22 September 1994) is a British Rowing (sport), rower. He won a bronze medal at the 2018 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, as part of the eight with James Rudkin, Alan Sinclair (rower), Alan Sinclair, Tom Ransley, Moe Sbihi, Oliver Wynne-Griffith, Matthew Tarrant, Will Satch and Henry Fieldman. He won a silver medal in the eight (rowing), eight at the 2019 European Rowing Championships. He won another bronze medal at the 2019 World Rowing Championships in Ottensheim, Austria as part of the eight with Rudkin, Josh Bugajski, Sbihi, Jacob Dawson (rower), Jacob Dawson, Wynne-Griffith, Tarrant, Thomas Ford (rower), Thomas Ford and Fieldman. Thomas St George
Sir Thomas St George (1615 – 6 March 1703) was an English officer of arms who rose to the rank of Garter Principal King of Arms (1686–1703). Life He was the eldest child of the herald Sir Henry St George and his wife, Mary Dayrell, daughter of Sir Thomas Dayrell. He lived at Woodford in Essex. Around 1646 he married Clara Pymlowe (d. 1691), whose father, John Pymlowe, was a Northamptonshire rector. They had six children, including Thomas junior, who was Vicar of Bexley, and Eleanor, who married the eminent Irish judge Thomas Coote (Irish politician), Thomas Coote. At the Restoration (England), Restoration he was appointed Somerset Herald.
