''This Is Who We Are'' is the debut album from Christian pop punk band Run Kid Run. It was released by Tooth & Nail Records on May 18, 2006. "We've Only Just Begun" was the first single from the album. The album was produced by James Paul Wisner ( Dashboard Confessional, Further Seems Forever, New Found Glory). Run Kid Run is a Christian pop/rock band from Carmi, Illinois and Morganfield, Kentucky, formed in 2006. Their debut album '' This Is Who We Are'', was released on May 18, 2006 through Tooth & Nail Records. All of the members, except Paul Stewart, were originally from punk rock band Side Walk Slam on Tooth & Nail Records. Christian Punk
Christian punk is a form of Christian music and a subgenre of punk rock which contain Christian lyrical content. Much disagreement persists about the boundaries of the subgenre, and the extent that their lyrics are explicitly Christian varies among bands. Tooth & Nail Records
Tooth & Nail Records is a Christian rock record label founded by Brandon Ebel in California in November 1993. The label later moved to Seattle, Washington where it is situated today. It is home to many well-known musical acts, including Underoath, Hawk Nelson, Emery, The Almost, FM Static, Family Force 5, Anberlin, and MxPx. Tooth & Nail's first album released was Wish for Eden's ''Pet the Fish'', which was produced by Michael Knott and originally slated to be released by Blonde Vinyl. Dashboard Confessional is an American rock band from Boca Raton, Florida, led by singer Chris Carrabba. Further Seems Forever
Further Seems Forever is an American rock band formed in 1998 in Pompano Beach, Florida. Over its initial eight-year run the band experienced several lineup changes, resulting in a different lead vocalist performing on each of their first three studio albums. Original singer Chris Carrabba recorded ''The Moon Is Down'' (2001) with the group before leaving to start Dashboard Confessional. He was replaced by Jason Gleason, who performed on '' How to Start a Fire'' (2003) but left the band the following year. New Found Glory (formerly A New Found Glory) is an American rock band from Coral Springs, Florida, formed in 1997. The band currently consists of Jordan Pundik (lead vocals), Ian Grushka (bass guitar), Chad Gilbert (lead guitar, backing vocals), and Cyrus Bolooki (drums).
