''This Is Not a Test!'' is the fifth studio album by American rapper Missy Elliott, released by The Goldmind Inc. and Elektra Records on November 25, 2003, in the United States. It was primarily produced by Timbaland, with additional production from Craig Brockman, Nisan Stewart and Elliott herself. The album received generally favorable reviews from critics. The album debuted at number thirteen on the US ''Billboard'' 200, selling 183,600 copies in the first week of release. It has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and has sold 705,000 copies in the United States. Critical reception ''This Is Not a Test!'' was met with generally positive reviews. At Metacritic, the album received an average score of 79 out of 100, based on 21 reviews. Melissa Arnette Elliott (born July 1, 1971), better known as Missy Elliott or Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliot, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. She embarked on her music career with R&B girl group Sista in the early-mid 1990s and later became a member of the Swing Mob collective along with childhood friend and longtime collaborator Timbaland, with whom she worked on projects for American R&B acts Aaliyah, 702, Total, and SWV. Weighted Arithmetic Mean
The weighted arithmetic mean is similar to an ordinary arithmetic mean (the most common type of average), except that instead of each of the data points contributing equally to the final average, some data points contribute more than others. The notion of weighted mean plays a role in descriptive statistics and also occurs in a more general form in several other areas of mathematics.
