''This Business of Art'' is the second studio album by Canadian indie pop duo Tegan and Sara, released in 2000. It is their first official release through Vapor Records, though they independently released ''Under Feet Like Ours'' the previous year. Six of the songs originally appeared on its predecessor; "Proud", "Hype", "Freedom", "More for Me", "Come On" and "Superstar". "Frozen" was later included on the 2001 re-release of their debut album. This album was recorded at Hawksleytown Studios and mixed and mastered at Umbrella Sound in Toronto. "My Number" was featured on the '' Sweet November'' soundtrack. In 2013, "Freedom" became the soundtrack to a Freederm advertising campaign in the UK. Tegan And Sara
Tegan and Sara () are a Canadian indie pop duo formed in 1998 in Calgary, Alberta. The band is led by identical twin sisters Tegan Rain Quin and Sara Keirsten Quin (born September 19, 1980). Both musicians are songwriters and multi-instrumentalists. The duo has released 10 studio albums. They have earned a Grammy nomination in 2012 for their video album '' Get Along''. Their 10th album ''Crybaby'' was released on October 21, 2022. Tegan and Sara's memoir ''High School'' was released on September 24, 2019. Greg O'Shea is an Australian record producer, audio engineer, mix engineer and musician, who has worked extensively in Canada, most notably with k-os. Career O'Shea started his recording career at Melbourne's Metropolis Studios in 1990. He was the assistant engineer on albums by The Badloves, Things of Stone and Wood, Deborah Conway, Tim Finn, The Black Sorrows and Chocolate Starfish, as well as the Australian cast recording of Jesus Christ Superstar.
