Thierry Solère
Thierry Solère (born 17 August 1971) is a French politician who has served as the member of the National Assembly for the 9th constituency of Hauts-de-Seine from 2012 to 2022. He was a member of The Republicans (LR) until 2017, when he joined La République En Marche! (LREM). Political career Thierry Solère served as First Deputy Mayor of Boulogne-Billancourt, the most populous commune in Hauts-de-Seine, from 2008 to 2011 under Mayor Pierre-Christophe Baguet, whom he succeeded in Parliament. He also served as a departmental councillor of Hauts-de-Seine from 2004 to 2015 and regional councillor of Île-de-France from 2015 to 2021. Ahead of the 2017 presidential election, Solère served as chief spokesman of candidate François Fillon's campaign before his resignation amid the Fillon affair. Édouard Charles Philippe (; born 28 November 1970) is a French politician serving as Mayor of Le Havre since 2020, previously holding the office from 2010 to 2017. He was Prime Minister of France from 15 May 2017 to 3 July 2020 under President Emmanuel Macron. Gilles Boyer (born 4 July 1971) is a French politician of the Horizons party who was elected as a Member of the European Parliament in 2019. Early life and education Born to two university professors, Boyer spent his childhood in Sèvres and in Ville-d'Avray in the Hauts-de-Seine region. He obtained a master's degree in law from Paris Nanterre University and a postgraduate degree in public law in 1993 from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. François Henri Goullet de Rugy (; born 6 December 1973) is a French politician who served as President of the National Assembly from 2017 to 2018 and Minister of Ecological and Solidary Transition from 2018 to 2019.
