Theodore Roe
Theodore L. "Teddy" Roe (August 26, 1898 – August 4, 1952) was an African-American organized crime figure who led an illegal gambling empire in South Side, Chicago during the 1940s and early 1950s. Roe earned the nickname "Robin Hood" because of his philanthropy among the neighborhood poor. After refusing to pay "protection money, street tax" or hand over his illegal gambling empire to the Chicago Outfit, Roe fatally shot a made man who had been ordered to assassinate him. Early life and career Roe was born in Galliano, Louisiana to an African American sharecropper, and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a child, he received no formal education, and when he was of age, he did odd jobs for a tailor and learned how to sew. Galliano, Louisiana
Galliano is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) on the Bayou Lafourche in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, United States. As of 2020, its population was 7,100. It is part of the Houma– Bayou Cane–Thibodaux metropolitan statistical area. History The area was named by the late postmaster Alzec Autin, who chose the name "Galliano" in honor of an original settler in the area formerly known as ''Côte Cheramie''. Chicot County

Robin Hood
Robin Hood is a legendary heroic outlaw originally depicted in English folklore and subsequently featured in literature and film. According to legend, he was a highly skilled archer and swordsman. Marshall Joseph Caifano
Marshall Caifano (born Marcello Giuseppe Caifano; July 19, 1911 – September 6, 2003) was an Italian-American mobster who became a high-ranking member of the Chicago Outfit in Las Vegas. Early career Caifano was born on July 19, 1911, in Sicily, and immigrated to Chicago in the 1920s where he became affiliated with the Chicago Outfit and mobster Paul Ricca. Sam Giancana
Salvatore Mooney Giancana (; born Gilormo Giangana; ; May 24, 1908 – June 19, 1975) was an American mobster who was boss of the Chicago Outfit from 1957 to 1966. Giancana was born in Chicago to Italian immigrant parents. He joined the 42 Gang as a teenager, developing a reputation in organized crime which gained him the notice of Chicago Outfit leaders. During the late 1930s, Giancana joined the Chicago Outfit. From the 1940s through the 1950s, he controlled the illegal gambling, illegal liquor distribution, and political rackets in Louisiana.
