''The Will'' or ''Determination'' ( ar, العزيمة, translit. Al-Azeema) is a 1939 Egyptian film, directed by Kamal Selim. It is considered one of the greatest Egyptian movies of all time, and has been voted the best Egyptian film of all time in the list of Top 100 Egyptian films in 20th century, among other websites and magazines. Plot A young couple, Muhammad and Fatima, fall in love and get married. However, their bliss is cut short when Muhammad loses his job and is forced to work as fabric salesman, without telling his wife. Some of the neighbors then scheme to get Fatima to see her husband working as a fabric salesman. Things turn around when his reason for dismissal from his old job disappears and he is rehired, and all seems well for the young couple. Reed Arvin is an American record producer, keyboardist, and writer, known for his work producing music for singer Rich Mullins. In the early 1980s, Arvin toured as Amy Grant's keyboard player, before teaming up with Mullins in 1986. Arvin produced nine albums for Mullins, including two "best of" collections, ''Songs'' and ''Songs 2''. Arvin's first novel, entitled ''The Wind in the Wheat'', was published in 1994. It centered on the "Benefactor", a multi-millionaire from Arizona named Bill Long. Ten of his friends and relatives competed in a series of challenges to win the right to inherit his "prized possession", a huge Kansas ranch. The show was created by Mike Fleiss, who produced '' The Bachelor'' for ABC. ''The Will'' is one of only a handful of series in American history to be pulled after one episode.
