The White, The Yellow, And The Black
''The White, the Yellow, and the Black'' ( it, Il bianco, il giallo, il nero), also known as ''Samurai'' and ''Shoot First... Ask Questions Later'', is a 1975 Spaghetti Western comedy film. It is the last spaghetti western directed by Sergio Corbucci. Differently from his previous western films, this is openly parodic, acting as a spoof of ''Red Sun''. It was generally poorly received by critics. The character of Milian will be reprised by the same actor, with slight changes, in the comedy film '' Delitto al ristorante cinese''. Premise A horse from Japan which was supposed to be a present for the government of the United States has been stolen. A motley crew consisting of Sheriff Gideon ('The Black'), famous outlaw Blanc de Blanc ('The White') and inept servant Sakura ('The Yellow') tries to retrieve the precious animal. Crisanto Huerta Brieva (26 January 1935 – 28 November 2004), better known as Cris Huerta, was a Portuguese actor. He was sometimes credited as Chris Huerta. Nazzareno Zamperla (25 April 1937 – 19 March 2020) was an Italian actor and stuntman. Career Born in Treviso into a circus family, Zamperla came to Rome in 1949 and worked primarily in the 1950s and 1960s as a stunt performer. His focus was on the sword and sandal films. In the 1960s and 1970s, he transitioned into appearances as an actor in front of the camera, and his focus shifted to Spaghetti Western productions, where he was also known under the name of Nick Anderson, while also continuing working behind the camera as a gun master. Zamperla's brother Rinaldo has also appeared in movies. Romano Puppo
Romano Puppo (25 March 1933 – 11 May 1994) was an Italian stuntman and actor. Life and career Born in Rome, Puppo debuted in 1961 in the Mauro Bolognini's drama '' Careless'', and after a number of very minor roles he soon became a regular of Italian genre cinema in roles of henchmen and villains. Mainly active in Spaghetti Westerns and Poliziotteschi films, he was also cast as the Paolo Villaggio's antagonist in a number of comedies. He was hired as Lee Van Cleef's stuntman and double stand-in by director Gianfranco Parolini for his ''Sabata'' trilogy, and was one of his pallbearers in 1989. He served as his stuntman in a number of films including '' Sabata'' (1969), ''Commandos'' (1968) along Giampiero Albertini, and ''The Good, the Bad and the Ugly'' (1966) along Benito Stefanelli. Manuel de Blas Muñoz (born 12 April 1941) is a Spanish film, television, and stage actor. Biography Manuel de Blas was born in Badajoz in 1941. He spent his childhood in Córdoba and subsequently moved to Madrid to study political science. While attending college he enrolled in an acting school, making his debut in films in 1961 with a minor role in the film ''Rosa de Lima''. In 1967 on the set of ''Cita en Navarra'' he met American film actress Patty Shepard, whom he married in the same year. They went on to act in several films together and remained married for 46 years, until the death of the actress in January 2013. During his career, he has starred in many films.
