Marianne Ahrne
Siv Marianne Ahrne (born 25 May 1940) is a Swedish film director and screenwriter. She has directed ten films between 1970 and 1997. Her 1976 film ''Near and Far Away'' won the award for Guldbagge Award for Best Director, Best Director at the 13th Guldbagge Awards. Her 1978 film ''The Walls of Freedom'' was entered into the 11th Moscow International Film Festival. According to film historian Gwendolyn Audrey Foster, Ahrne was one of the first women to make documentary films in Sweden, and Foster noted that Ahrne's films have received little attention in the United States. Jan Krister Allan Henriksson (born 12 November 1946) is a Swedish actor. He is perhaps best known for playing Kurt Wallander in the television films based on the novels by Henning Mankell. Early life Henriksson was born in Grisslehamn, Norrtälje Municipality, Sweden and is the son of the fishmonger Allan Henriksson and Gunvor (née Sjöblom). He passed his ''studentexamen'' in 1967 and attended Statens scenskola in Malmö from 1968 to 1971. Henriksson worked at the Norrköping City Theatre in 1971, Stockholm City Theatre from 1972 and TV-teatern from 1980 to 1983. Per Göran ''Svante'' Grundberg, (9 November 1943 – 25 April 2019) was a Swedish actor, author, director and stand-up comedian. Grundberg worked as an actor and director at many theaters like Teater 9 and Radioteatern in Stockholm, he made his movie debut in Marianne Ahrne's movie "Frihetens murar" in 1978, and had after that participated in two more of her productions, the TV-series "Den tredje lyckan" in 1983 and the movie "På liv och död" in 1986. Jörn Johan Donner (5 February 1933 – 30 January 2020) was a Finnish writer, film director, actor, producer, politician and founder of Finnish Film Archive. Biography Born into the Donner family of German descent, Jörn Donner was the son of the linguist Kai Donner and the grandson of linguist and politician Otto Donner. He lived and worked for long periods in Sweden, and served as director of the Swedish Film Institute. In 1979, he was a member of the jury at the 29th Berlin International Film Festival.
