''The Voice Dominicana'' is a Dominican singing competition television series created by John de Mol and based on the concept ''The Voice of Holland''. It is also a part of an international series. It is produced by ProCapital Films and Ram Group Global which was premiered via Telesistema 11 on July 4, 2021. The series employs a panel of four coaches who will critique and guide the artists' performance throughout the season. The original coaching panel for the first season were Juan Magán, Milly Quezada, Nacho and Musicólogo The Libro. The show was renewed for a second season, where Eddy Herrera and Alex Matos were announced as new coaches, replacing Magán and Nacho. Format The show's format features four stages of competition: blind auditions, battle rounds, knockouts, and live performance shows. The Voice (franchise)
''The Voice'' is an international reality television singing competition franchise. It is based on the reality singing competition ''The Voice of Holland'', which was originally created by Dutch producer John de Mol and Dutch singer Roel van Velzen. It has become a rival to the '' Idols'' franchise, '' The Four'', '' Rising Star'' and ''The X Factor''. Up until 2020, the franchise was owned by Talpa Network. The current owner is ITV Studios. Originated in the Netherlands, many other countries adapted the format and began airing their own versions starting in 2010. ''The Voice of Holland'', also known as ''TVOH'', is a Dutch reality TV singing competition, that became a near global TV format franchise, created by media tycoon John de Mol and musician Roel van Velzen, in the Netherlands airing on RTL 4. For the first nine seasons, The Voice of Holland was hosted by Martijn Krabbé and Wendy van Dijk. Starting from the tenth season (2019–2020), Wendy van Dijk was replaced by Chantal Janzen. The central focus of the show is the singing talent and quality of the contestants. Three or four coaches / jurors, themselves successful performing artists, train the talents in their teams, and occasionally perform with them. The Voice Dominicana (season 1)
The first season of Dominican reality television series, '' The Voice Dominicana'', premiered on 4 July 2021, on Telesistema 11. Juan Magán, Milly Quezada, Nacho and Musicólogo The Libro were announced as coaches for the first season. Luz García and Jhoel López co-presented the show. Coaches and hosts On 7 October 2020, it was announced that Luz García was the presenter of the show. Jhoel López is the season's second presenter, as the social media correspondent. On 8 October 2020, three coaches of the show were announced with them being Juan Magán, Milly Quezada and Nacho. Juan de Dios Ventura Soriano (8 March 1940 – 28 July 2021), better known as Johnny Ventura nicknamed , was a Dominican singer and band leader of merengue and salsa.
