The Tramplers
''The Tramplers'' is a 1965 Italian Spaghetti Western film directed by Albert Band and Mario Sequi based on the novel ''Guns of North Texas'' by Will Cook. Story When Lon Cordeen, an ex-Civil War soldier, returns home to his father Temple he finds his father can't accept the loss of the Confederacy. When Temple tries to help the South rise again serious conflicts develop which split the family. Albert Band
Albert Band (May 7, 1924 – June 14, 2002) was a French-American film director and film producer. He was the son of artist Max Band, father of filmmaker Charles Band and of film composer Richard Band and the grandfather of Alex Band, Taryn Band and Rachael Band. Life and career Band was born in Paris, France, the son of Bertha (Finkelstein) and Max Band, an artist. His mother was born in Russia and his father was from Kudirkos Naumiestis, Lithuania. His family is Jewish. He escaped from Paris to the United States with his family prior to the occupation of France during World War II. He graduated from Hollywood High School. Interested in film, he became an apprentice at Warner Bros. where he developed contacts eventually becoming an assistant director on John Huston's ''The Asphalt Jungle'', then adapting the story ''The Red Badge of Courage'' for Huston's film of the same name. James Mitchum
James Mitchum (born May 8, 1941) is an American actor. Mitchum was born in Los Angeles, California, the elder son of actor Robert Mitchum (whom he closely resembles) and his wife, Dorothy Spence. His brother is actor Christopher Mitchum, and he is the uncle of actor Bentley Mitchum. His only child was born during his marriage to actress Wende Wagner (1941-1997). Film career James Mitchum had his first role, which was small and unbilled, at the age of eight in the Western ''Colorado Territory'' (1949) with Joel McCrea, Virginia Mayo, and Dorothy Malone. His credited debut was in '' Thunder Road'' (1958), in which he played his father's much younger brother, a role written for Elvis Presley, who was eager to do it until his manager demanded too much money. Romano Puppo
Romano Puppo (25 March 1933 – 11 May 1994) was an Italian stuntman and actor. Life and career Born in Rome, Puppo debuted in 1961 in the Mauro Bolognini's drama '' Careless'', and after a number of very minor roles he soon became a regular of Italian genre cinema in roles of henchmen and villains. Mainly active in Spaghetti Westerns and Poliziotteschi films, he was also cast as the Paolo Villaggio's antagonist in a number of comedies. He was hired as Lee Van Cleef's stuntman and double stand-in by director Gianfranco Parolini for his ''Sabata'' trilogy, and was one of his pallbearers in 1989. He served as his stuntman in a number of films including '' Sabata'' (1969), ''Commandos'' (1968) along Giampiero Albertini, and ''The Good, the Bad and the Ugly'' (1966) along Benito Stefanelli. Edith Arlene Peters (April 14, 1926 – October 28, 2000) was an American singer and actress. She appeared in more than sixteen films from 1957 to 1981. Biography Peters was the fourth of five sisters. Carla Calò (21 September 1926 – 29 December 2019) was an Italian actress. Life and career Born in Palermo, Calò started her career on stage, notably starring in Luigi Squarzina's ''Il berretto a sonagli'', and also being active in dialectal theatre and avanspettacolo. Silla or Shilla (57 BCE – 935 CE) ( , Old Korean: Syera, Old Japanese: Siraki2) was a Korean kingdom located on the southern and central parts of the Korean Peninsula. Silla, along with Baekje and Goguryeo, formed the Three Kingdoms of Korea.
