The Thriller
''The Thriller'' is a 2010 Indian Malayalam-language action thriller film written and directed by B. Unnikrishnan. It stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Siddique, Lalu Alex, Catherine Tresa and Sampath Raj in pivotal roles. It was released on 17 November. Later on, it was dubbed in Hindi under the same title. The film is based on the murder case of renowned financer Paul Muthoot. Plot The film is based on the murder case of a rich playboy which formed the headlines in the media of Kerala for more than three months. The case had attracted attention for its mysterious planning and execution. Prithviraj Sukumaran
Prithviraj Sukumaran (born 16 October 1982) is an Indian actor, director, producer and playback singer primarily working in Malayalam cinema. He has also done Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films. He acted in more than 100 films in a variety of roles and has received several awards including a National Film Award, three Kerala State Film Awards, a Tamil Nadu State Film Award and a Filmfare Awards South. Prithviraj made his acting debut with ''Nandanam'' (2002), a commercial success. Anand (actor)
Anand is an Indian actor known for his works predominantly in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films along with a few Kannada productions. He has also acted in several Malayalam TV serials. The actor's biggest film till date is Mani Ratnam's black comedy film ''Thiruda Thiruda'', but unlike his co-stars of that film, it failed to give him a breakthrough. Subair (25 May 1962 – 18 August 2010) was an Indian actor in Malayalam cinema industry. He was part of Malayalam films for nearly two decades and acted in around 200 films. Personal life Subair was born in the village of Chokli, Thalasserry in Kannur District, Kerala, India as the son of Sulaiman and Aysha. He died on 18 August 2010 due to a cardiac arrest.
